My inspiration here was imagining a small cottage tucked away in a forest, so I choose the new Leafy Stencil and paired it with this darling Cottagecore Stamp Set from Simon Says Stamp's Shine On Release to create a sweet storybook scene.
The stenciling is done with Tim Holtz Texture Paste to create dimension and given a dreamy glow with some ink-blending to set the stage for the die-cuts that are layered on top to make our memorable Cottagecore Missing You Card.

Welcome to Day 1 of Simon Says Stamp's Shine On Release Blog Hop! The moment I saw the Dewdrop Daisy die set, I immediately pictured red Gerbera daisies and this pop of color seemed perfect for letting someone know how amazing they are. The Circle Frame dies are the quiet star here for me though. This nesting die set allowed me to cluster and frame the daisies, bring all your attention to our gorgeous blooms.

Okay, this card, even with its somber tone is kid of a happy accident. It's actually the first of two cards that I made with the Wild and Free Stamp Set from Simon Says Stamp's Always There Release. I totally forgot it had a coordinating stencil set, so I colored it with alcohol-based markers using these sweet colors to make a floral sympathy card. I'll share the ink-pad colors you should use to make this with the stencil though, because that is soooo much easier!
