Simon Says Stamp - DELICATE FLORAL Card

Hello Lovelies! I LOVE IT when pretty and simple come together in a card! The Beautiful Days release gave me a chance to take the gorgeously detailed Delicate Floral die-cut and pair it with simple geometric shapes.

If you have been following along with me, you may recognize these squares and colors from another card that was all for Mom. I had a few extras that were perfect for today's card which can be shared with anyone you fancy!

Below is a closer look at today's key supplies. You don't need both sets of squares, but I recommend the set of five so you can cut multiple colors/shapes at once.

SENDING LOVE... CARD - Stamping, Die-cutting and Geometric Background

Card Base: 4 1/4" x 5 1/2

COLOR PALETTE

I am linking a rainbow of cardstock in the Supplies, but I die-cut these squares from my cardstock scraps, that I hoard as if they are actual diamonds. See how I turned the squares on their side like diamonds as well! LOL

PICTORIAL GUIDE

Note: "Diamond" die-cuts are popped up foam squares.

Brightly colored die-cuts are laid out in an even pattern, bring your attention to the focal point of the floral die-cut.

Stamping part of the sentiment on colored cardstock, helps it stand out as well as resonate with the same color in the diamond pattern.

Change the colors and sentiments and make a batch of these to share with your loved ones!

Lovelies, just a reminder to not forget about that stash of cardstock scraps you've been saving. Time to make some diamonds out of it!

I wonder how many fun patterns could be made with these squares? :-)
