PROUD OF YOU CARD - Stamping, Dry-embossing, Die-cutting or Fussy Cutting

Embossed Layer/ Card Base: 4 1/4" x 5 1/2"

Stamped Layer: 3 1/4 " x 5 1/4"

COLOR PALETTE

There are 17 beautiful colors in the Rainbow Splash line. You can pick out a rainbow of these dye-base ink pads to get you started if you want to give it a try, I would also recommend getting a matching reinker when you are ready for the colors that you choose.

For today's card I decided to use the rainbow of colors below:

RAINBOW SPLASH INKS

The full rainbow looks like this!

They are also available as set with their matching reinkers!!!

I swatched each of the inks onto white cardstock tags so could get to know the colors better. They are lush and GORGEOOUS!

RAINBOW SPLASH CARDSTOCK

If you like the pretty inks, you will be just as happy to know that Rainbow Splash offers matching/coordinating cardstock!

A rainbow pack is a great way for you to get the brighter colors!

RAINBOW SPLASH EMBOSSING FOLDERS

Embossing folders press designs and texture into paper and are a great shortcut to a fantastic card:

Note: I also inked the red and blue embossed papers after embossing to show what it looks like when you highlight the raised designs with ink.

The embossing folders will be included in the I WANT IT ALL collection!

RAINBOW SPLASH GEM STICKERS

A bling addict like me is super excited about the gems in the Rainbow Splash line. I think about these little darlings as jewelry for your cards!

PICTORIAL GUIDE

STAMPING

  • Trim white cardstock to 4 1/4" x 5 1/2"

  • Use a ruler to draw a straight line in pencil about 1/4" from the bottom of the cardstock

  • Using a stamping block or a MISTI, stamp the "Crayon" image from the Schoolhouse Messages Stamp Set in an even brown across the bottom of the white cardstock, starting with the Crimson Ink Pad and continuing with each color shown, finishing with the Sea

  • Stamp the "Checkmark" and "Proud of You" sentiment, also from the Schoolhouse Message set using the Black Ink Pad across the top

Trim stamped cardstock to 3 3/4" x 5" and attach foam dots to the back.

  • Stamp "A+" onto white cardstock in Grass Ink

  • If die-cutting, use the matching circle outline die from the Schoolhouse Messages Stamp Set to frame to stamp image and then run though a die-cutting machine. If cutting by hand, use a scissors to cut out the circle

  • Attach a foam dot to the back

DRY EMBOSSING

  • Trim Scarlet cardstock to 4 1/4" x 5 1/2"

  • Place inside the Twinkling Stars Embossing Folder

  • Run the embossing folder through a die-cutting machine

ASSEMBLY

  • Apply glue to the back side of the embossed cardstock and adhere to your folded card base

  • on the stamped layer, remove the backing from the foam dots/tape and adhere to the embossed layer

  • attach the "A+" cut-out

EMBELLISHING

  • Use a rule to guide your placement of the large Gem stickers in a row on the "Crayons"

Aren't these inks yummy?

The little green A+ looks so cute to me!

Oooh the bling makes this even more special!

I hope you will give this one a try. It's a fun card to make!

Is there such a thing as Rainbow Happy? If so, I am definitely that. I hope you will be too as you get to know the Rainbow Splash line!

Thank you for stopping by and hope that you will be back! Happy Crafting!

I really enjoyed reading about the Rainbow Splash Collection because the idea of sending encouragement through creative cards feels thoughtful and personal. During a busy semester, I was feeling overwhelmed with deadlines and even looked into do my online exam support while trying to manage my workload and studies. The message behind these cards reminds me how a few kind words can make a big difference when someone is under pressure. Small acts of encouragement often have a bigger impact than we realize.

In the history of the NFL, few redemption arcs have been as dramatic—or as swift—as Saquon Barkley's. One year, he was the star running back the New York Giants couldn't bring themselves to pay. The next, he was hoisting the Lombardi Trophy with the hated rival Philadelphia Eagles, holding his daughter as confetti rained down, and etching his name into the record books as the most prolific single-season rusher the league has ever seen. To write about Chelsea Football Club is to trace the arc of modern football itself—a story of tradition abruptly intersecting with transformative wealth, leading to a relentless, often tumultuous, ascent to the summit of the game. Founded in 1905 in the affluent West London borough of Stamford Bridge, Chelsea long carried the air of the glamorous underachiever: a club with a famous home, a charismatic and celebrity-filled support, but a trophy cabinet that belied its stature. For decades, its identity was one of stylish flair and sporadic cup success, punctuated by the flamboyant sides of the 1960s and 70s. This all changed irrevocably on July 1, 2003, a date that marks the clearest "before and after" moment in football club…

In the storied history of Alabama Crimson Tide football, legends are born every season. But every so often, a player arrives who defies convention—someone whose talent is so immense that age becomes just a number. Ryan Williams is that player. From becoming the youngest player in FBS football to earning All-American honors before he could vote, Williams is rewriting what's possible in college athletics. Ryan Williams Alabama Jersey
