Bridging the Distance with Handmade Flowers 💌

Time and space can never separate you from your truest friends. No matter how many miles lie between you, receiving a handwritten note wrapped in a gorgeous floral design has a special way of making loved ones feel near.

To create this sweet friendship card, I featured the Peony Corners Stamp, Stencil, and Die sets. The set comes with generous floral sprays filled with lush peonies, delicate accent blooms, and rich greenery.

PROJECT PALETTE

Distress Ink Pads: Picked Raspberry, Wilted Violet, Salty Ocean, Tumbled Glass, Twisted Citron, Mowed Lawn, Mustard Seed, Spiced Marmalade

Crafting the Card:

Soft Ink Blending: Using favorite Distress Ink shades, I brought these peonies to life through the 4-piece Peony Corners Stencil Set. The stencils make adding gradual shading and depth across the layered petals completely seamless!
Precision Die-Cutting: Once ink blended, the Peony Corners Die Set made it effortless to cut out the full floral arrangement cleanly.
Framed Window Layout: I framed the floral spray using a soft sky-blue arched window panel to create depth, allowing the bold blues, purples, and leafy greens of the peonies to sweep gracefully along the side.
Heartfelt Sentiment: Using warm-toned ink, I stamped "Sending Hugs ACROSS THE MILES" right in the arched center window, finishing the card off with matching purple pearl embellishments.
