Some cards are just fun to make and this is definitely one of them! The below photos are to guide you through some key steps in making this card:
Though I cut out the sentiment with my Tim Holtz Mini Guillotine and rounded the edges with my scissors, there is a matching Life Is A Party Die Set for these stamps. I've decided to get it as I like the stamps so much and the dies will just open open up more possibilities for me.
I love that the balloons are so generously sized that you can truly showcase your favorite parts of the patterned paper.
I used a black fine-liner pen to give my balloons some strings here.
This card definitely has me thinking of summer!

I promise you, with a MISTI, repeat stamping is pretty easy, just let the gridlines guide you, I didn't even have to measure here!
Not going to brag, but my little ink swatches made it easy for me to pick a color palette for this card. :-)

I stamped on a scrap of Sunshine cardstock to help the "Shine Brightly" sentiment pop!
Just a hint of the rainbow-striped patterned paper finishes this fun card!
