Today's card features the Cracked Texture Fade Embossing Folder  from the release. The Regions Beyond Stamp Set adds snippets of a crow and text, peeking out to offer a spooky sentiment. This combination gives the card a perfect touch.

GLOWING HAUNTED HOUSE CARD - Custom Neon Glow Cardstock, Die-Cutting, Inking, Stamping and Collaging

Card Size: 4 1/2" x 6 1/4"

PROJECT PALETTE

PROJECT WALKTHROUGH

CREATE THE NEON GLOWING BACKGROUND

1. Squirt the Neon Inks as shown on your craft mat of a sheet of Glad Press N Seal..

2. Press a 5" x 6" piece of Black Heavystock into the ink, smooshing very gently so the ink runs together.

3. Lift up and set aside to dry.

4. Die-cut the Haunted House and crows out of Black Heavystock.

5. Lay the house over the dry neon background and loosely trim around it.

6. Apply glue and once you are satisfied with positioning and the die-cut is adhered, complete the fussy cut to trim all of the excess background.

7. Die-cut the remaining dies out of the remaining pieces of the neon background.

CREATING THE TEXTURED BACKGROUND

1. Emboss Kraft Cardstock using the Cracked Texture Fade Folder.

2. Run the Distress Oxide Black Soot Pad gently over the raised surface to highlight the texture.

3. Use a Mini Blender to ink the edges of the embossed panel.

MAKING THE SENTIMENT AND CARD BASE

1. Stamp the sentiment onto white or Mixed Media Heavystock.

2. Use a Q-tip or the end of a paintbrush to add random dots throughout the sentiment and let dry.

3. Create a 4 1/2" x 6 1/4" card case and stamp with images from the Regions Beyond Set in Hickory Smoke Distress Ink.

ASSEMBLING THE CARD

1. Arrange the die-cuts on the texture khaki background and cover with Glad Press N Seal.

2. Apply Craft Glue to the back and adhere.

3. Pop up the sentiment with foam dots to finish.
