Color Your 3D Embossed Card with Acrylic Markers for Striking Results

Hello Lovelies! In recent years I feel that embossing folders have had a big comeback with all the amazing techniques you can try to get the most out of them. Today, I'm coloring the Apple Blossoms folder from the In My Heart Release with acrylic markers for a gorgeous bold 3D embossed card that reminds me of wallpaper!

I've tried something similar recently with Alcohol Markers, but I think I may like Acrylic Markers even better here as I was going for a striking look on solid colored pink cardstock! A couple tips before we get started:

Don't worry about mistakes too much as you can add another layer of acrylic paint to cover the issue.
Be gentle with the cardstock, particularly if you are using bullet-tip markers as opposed to brush-tip as you may create tears in the paper.
It may be challenging to try to blend/mix the colors on a porous surface like cardstock, so select a few variations of each color family to achieve a "blended" effect.
