Send Some Winter Cheer With the COZY IN THE COLD Holiday Card

Hello Lovelies! I wanted a with frosty scene that somehow "felt" warm. I think it worked out with the help of the Cozy In The Cold Stamp Set and Wispy Pine Needle Frame Embossing Folder from Simon Says Stamp.
After coloring my sledding pair, I embossed blue cardstock with the folder. I followed that up by highlighting the raised pattern with a white pigment ink applied directly to the design. Next, I sprinkled the white ink with white glitter embossing powder and heat-set it, before splattering it with White Splatter Medium to surround our cuties with a wintry scene.
